Perfectly Maid Homes (“PMH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers, employees, cleaners, prospects and users of our website, mobile application, web application and related digital services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with PMH, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, service address, property information, cleaning preferences and instructions, appointment and scheduling information, customer notes, account and login information, invoice and payment-status information, service history, ratings and feedback, and operational records related to cleaning visits.

For employees and cleaners, we may also collect assigned jobs, work schedules, workday start and finish times, vehicle odometer entries, team notes and other information needed to operate the business.

Property Access and Sensitive Information

Customers must not submit door codes, alarm codes, lockbox combinations, passwords, banking information, credit-card information or other private security credentials through general customer note fields in the PMH App. Contact PMH directly when secure property-access information needs to be added or changed.

How We Use Information

We use information to schedule and provide cleaning services; communicate about visits; maintain customer and property records; support cleaning teams; manage quality control; prepare and track invoices; display customer invoice and payment history; improve our services and operations; troubleshoot technical issues; prevent misuse or unauthorized access; and meet legal, tax, accounting and business obligations.

Business Scheduling Integration

PMH connects its app platform to a business scheduling service. Relevant appointment information, such as event titles, dates, times, locations and scheduling notes, may be accessed or synchronized to match appointments to customers or properties and create operational cleaning visits. PMH does not use this scheduling information for advertising.

Accounting and Billing Integration

PMH connects its app platform to its accounting system to import, display or synchronize customer names, contact information, billing addresses, service information, invoice numbers, invoice dates, invoice amounts, payment status and outstanding balances. Invoices may be created in the accounting system after authorized completion and approval of cleaning jobs. The accounting system remains the source of truth for invoice, payment and accounting records.

How We Share Information

Your customer information is used to manage your relationship with Perfectly Maid Homes and provide your cleaning services. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share customer records with unrelated businesses for their marketing.

Our PMH app is a private platform custom-built for Perfectly Maid Homes and managed by PMH. It is not a public app or a shared customer database accessible to other businesses. PMH controls who is authorized to access the platform and what information each user can view.

Access to customer records within PMH is limited to authorized owners, administrators and employees who need information to perform their duties. Cleaning team members receive information needed for their assigned visits, such as your service address, cleaning instructions and relevant visit notes. Customers with authorized accounts can access information made available for their own account; they cannot access other customers’ records.

Selected service providers support hosting, accounting, scheduling and communications. Relevant customer information is stored or processed through these services as needed to provide cleaning services and operate PMH. Information may also pass through the phone, text, email or messaging service you use to communicate with us.

We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized access or a safety concern.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, maintain security and audit records, enforce agreements, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Some records may need to be retained after an account or customer relationship ends.

Security

PMH uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should avoid submitting sensitive credentials or security information in general-purpose note fields.

Website Analytics

Our public website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and clicks on Call, Text and Facebook Messenger links. Analytics loads automatically and may use cookies and process technical information about your visit. We do not send customer records, message contents or billing information through these contact-click events. Google Signals is disabled. Analytics information is processed by Google and is separate from our private customer and employee platform.

Your Choices

You may contact PMH to request corrections to your customer information, ask questions about information held by PMH, request account-related changes or ask questions about this Privacy Policy. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or legitimate business purposes.

Children

The PMH App and services are intended for customers, employees, contractors and other authorized business users. They are not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
