Does the home need to be empty?
Tell Valerie whether furniture, boxes or belongings will remain. Occupancy and access are considered when confirming the areas that can be cleaned and the quote.
What should I arrange before the visit?
Discuss property access, keys or handover arrangements directly with Valerie. Also explain whether water and electricity will be available, any work still taking place and when the clean must be completed.
Are appliance and cupboard interiors included?
Interiors are assessed and quoted separately when requested. Explain which spaces need attention, whether they will be empty and anything that should not be touched.
How is my cleaning quote prepared?
Your quote reflects the size and condition of your home, the work you want done and the visit frequency. Valerie reviews these with you during the free Meet & Greet.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
