As well as we are WSIB compliant & WHMIS certified. Our staff are Police checked and cleared. We are also an A+ member of the Better Business Bureau. Combined we have over 20+ years experience in cleaning residential properties.
When You Reach Out
At Perfectly Maid Homes, we will book your ‘FREE’ in home ‘Meet & Greet’. This is truly no cost to you and Valerie will come out, meet you have a look around your house where you also get to show me exactly everything that you would like done. It also gives both of us a chance to get to know each other, after all we are coming into your house and your life. I’m pretty sure you’d like to know who will be coming into your home on a regular basis.
Each Meet & Greet gives us the chance to answer question, make your home cleaning needs truly customizable specific for you and your family.
Details of Cleans
Full house coverage including: Foyer, living room(s), kitchen(s), dining room(s), bedroom(s), bathroom(s), basement, mud room and other common living spaces.
Deep Cleans/Real Estate Move In & Outs
- Dust all surfaces (damp rag & Swiffer)
- Vacuum & mop floors
- Interior Glass & mirrors
- Baseboards
- Spot clean walls & light switches/cobwebs
- Front & backs of doors
- Vac vent covers
- Ceiling fans (as long as we can logistically reach)
- Cupboard door fronts
- Interior California wood/wood like blinds/shutters
- All appliance wipe down (fridge/stove/microwave/dishwasher)
Ongoing/Routine
- Dust all surfaces (damp rag & Swiffer)
- Vacuum & mop floors

- Baseboards (on-going as needed/monitored)

- Big ticket items such as fridges/stoves/freezer/dishwasher we cannot mve but are more than happy to work with you, if it is moved beforehand we can get in behind it
- No fragile/rare collectables/collections
- NO Aluminum blinds
- *Special note* we cannot make old new again
- No places with an active pest infestation
